Privacy statement
Von Dur Netherlands, Essentraat 37 RD, 2011 DW Haarlem, the Netherlands, is responsible for the processing of personal data through this website.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to see how visitors use it — which pages are visited and how people arrive. Google Analytics is only loaded, and its cookies are only placed, if you choose Accept in the cookie banner. If you choose Reject, nothing is loaded. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
To remember your choice, it is stored in your browser. IP addresses are anonymised. Google Analytics is a service of Google Ireland Ltd.; Google's privacy policy applies. This website shows no advertising.
When you contact us
When you send the enquiry form, the details you enter are sent by email to our mailbox (info@vondur-landrovers.nl). The website itself does not store them.
If you contact us by WhatsApp, email or telephone, we use your name and contact details only to answer your enquiry, and keep them for as long as that requires.
Videos
The build films on vehicle pages are YouTube videos. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play. The video is then loaded from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com), and Google's privacy policy applies.
Server logs
As with any website, the server that hosts this site records technical information about each request — such as IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser type — for security and operation. The site is hosted by Anony in the Netherlands.
Links to social media
The Instagram, Facebook and YouTube links are plain links. Nothing is loaded from these services until you follow a link; their own privacy policies then apply.
Your rights
You can ask us which personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email info@vondur-landrovers.nl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
